Ingredients

ground turkey
marinara sauce
or BBQ sauce, optional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F.
In a large bowl, combine the onions, garlic, egg, dried bread crumbs, ketchup, Italian parsley, Parmesan cheese, salt & black pepper.
Add turkey, mix well.
Coat a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
Wet your hands with water, so the meat doesn’t stick to them. Form the mixture into balls about the size of a walnut.
Place each meatball onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake the meatballs on the middle rack for 10-15 minutes, until they are golden brown.
Serve with pasta sauce or BBQ sauce.
