Ingredients

ground turkey

cups
kale
packed and chopped
1/4
cup
parmesan cheese

tablespoons
parsley
dried

egg

teaspoons
garlic powder

salt

black pepper
Instructions
In a large bowl mix chopped kale and ground turkey, add egg, cheese, parsley, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix until combined.
Using a tablespoon, take a heaping scoop of the turkey mixture and form into balls.
Place in a skillet with 1 tablespoon of oil and cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned on all sides with no pink remaining.
Serve with pasta and tomato sauce, or on a toasted bun for a meatball sub.
