1 onion, small, grated 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 egg, large 1/4 cup bread crumbs, dried 3 tablespoons ketchup 1/4 cup italian parsley, chopped 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1 pound ground turkey marinara sauce, or BBQ sauce, optional

- Preheat oven to 400F.
- In a large bowl, combine the onions, garlic, egg, dried bread crumbs, ketchup, Italian parsley, Parmesan cheese, salt & black pepper.
- Add turkey, mix well.
- Coat a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
- Wet your hands with water, so the meat doesn’t stick to them. Form the mixture into balls about the size of a walnut.
- Place each meatball onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs on the middle rack for 10-15 minutes, until they are golden brown.
- Serve with pasta sauce or BBQ sauce.
