  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Add greens and stir until wilted.
  2. Lower heat and add garlic. Turn down heat if garlic starts to get brown.
  3. Once water in the skillet is gone the greens are ready to eat! Season with salt and pepper.
