4 handfuls leafy greens, like collards, chard, kale, arugula, or romaine. Thoroughly washed and dried 1 tablespoon butter, or oil 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 dash salt 1 dash black pepper

- Heat oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Add greens and stir until wilted.
- Lower heat and add garlic. Turn down heat if garlic starts to get brown.
- Once water in the skillet is gone the greens are ready to eat! Season with salt and pepper.
