  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Wash and dry sweet potatoes. Cut into sticks, roughly 1 cm thick. (See measuring guide on front.)
  2. In a large bowl, toss sweet potato sticks with oil, salt, garlic powder and pepper.
  3. Lay out in a single layer on a baking sheet and place into preheated oven.
  4. After roasting for 20-25 minutes, check them and give them a shake. If the bottoms are getting dark you can flip them over. Return to oven for another 10-15 minutes, or until the edges begin to turn brown.

Have Leftovers? You can reheat these fries as is or sprinkle with a little cinnamon and sugar for a sweet treat.

Pro Tip: Cut the ends off the sweet potato and trim one side so it sits flat on the cutting board. This will make it safer, easier and faster to cut.
