Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Wash and dry sweet potatoes. Cut into sticks, roughly 1 cm thick. (See measuring guide on front.)
In a large bowl, toss sweet potato sticks with oil, salt, garlic powder and pepper.
Lay out in a single layer on a baking sheet and place into preheated oven.
After roasting for 20-25 minutes, check them and give them a shake. If the bottoms are getting dark you can ﬂip them over. Return to oven for another 10-15 minutes, or until the edges begin to turn brown.
