  1. Pre-heat oven to 450F.
  2. Peel off the corn husks and clean off all the silk.
  3. Place corn on a baking sheet and stick them under the broiler for 2 to 3 minutes. Rotate and repeat until they are brown.
  4. Spread a tablespoon of mayonnaise over each ear of corn, and sprinkle the cheese over the corn.
  5. Optional: sprinkle chili powder and squeeze lime wedge all over corn.
