Mexican Street Corn
4 ears corn 4 tablespoons mayonnaise 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated 1 pinch chili powder 1 lime, sliced into wedges

- Pre-heat oven to 450F.
- Peel off the corn husks and clean off all the silk.
- Place corn on a baking sheet and stick them under the broiler for 2 to 3 minutes. Rotate and repeat until they are brown.
- Spread a tablespoon of mayonnaise over each ear of corn, and sprinkle the cheese over the corn.
- Optional: sprinkle chili powder and squeeze lime wedge all over corn.
