1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1 ½ teaspoons allspice 1 ½ teaspoons black pepper 1 jalapeno, chopped 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper 2 teaspoons dried oregano 2 teaspoons dried thyme 6 cloves garlic, chopped 1 small onions, chopped small 1/4 cup vinegar, (apple cider, white) 3 tablespoons brown sugar 1 pound chicken legs

- Combine all ingredients except chicken in large bowl.
- Rub seasoning over chicken and marinate in refrigerator for 6 hours or overnight.
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Space chicken evenly on nonstick or lightly greased baking pan.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes.
- Remove foil and continue baking for an additional 30–40 minutes or until the meat can easily be pulled away from the bone with a fork
