1 tablespoon canola oil 1 medium onions, finely chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1 1/2 pounds ground chicken 1 large eggs, lightly beaten 3 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped 1 1/2 tablespoons dijon or spicy brown mustard 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper non-stick cooking spray 6-8 whole wheat buns head lettuce, optional tomatoes, optional onions, optional

- In a large bowl, mix together breadcrumbs, ground chicken, egg, dill, parsley, mustard, salt and pepper; mix well. With dampened hands, form the mixture into 6-8 1/2-inch-thick patties, using about 1/2 cup for each.
- Coat skillet and heat over medium-high heat. Place patties on heated skillet, flip patty after about 5 minutes. Cook until thermometer inserted in center of patty reads 165F.
- Toast buns lightly when burgers are finished and serve. Garnish with lettuce, tomato and onions if desired.
