  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Cut 1 pound of carrots into long sticks (about 3-4 inches long).
  3. Toss in a bowl with 1 teaspoon cornstarch, 1 teaspoon oil and your favorite seasonings (ranch, BBQ, salt and pepper, cayenne pepper, whatever you’re in the mood for).
  4. Once the carrots are coated, spray a cookie sheet with pan spray and pour the carrots on the tray, spacing out into one layer.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Or for extra crispy fries, bake for 35 minutes.
