  1. In a large skillet, over medium high heat, add oil and ground beef. Cook until no pink remains. Drain as much grease out as possible when it is done cooking.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients to skillet and stir to combine.
  3. Once combined, turn heat to medium and cover skillet. Continue to cook for 20 minutes, or until cabbage is soft.
