1 pound ground beef 1 tablespoon oil 1 tablespoon onion powder 1 tablespoon garlic powder 1 head cabbage, cut into thin strips 2 ears corn, with the kernels cut off 1/2 cup tomatoes, cherry, sliced in half 2 tablespoons tomato paste 1 teaspoon oregano 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- In a large skillet, over medium high heat, add oil and ground beef. Cook until no pink remains. Drain as much grease out as possible when it is done cooking.
- Add all remaining ingredients to skillet and stir to combine.
- Once combined, turn heat to medium and cover skillet. Continue to cook for 20 minutes, or until cabbage is soft.
