Carrots grow underground and can be a variety of colors, such as orange, red, purple, white and yellow. Baby carrots are pre-peeled and processed mature carrots.
Storage Tips
Store carrots and their green tops separately in the refrigerator. You can eat both. Make sure to remove rubber bands and ties.
Preparation Tips
Rinse them (greens too!) under running water before you enjoy! Scrub to remove any soil and debris. Clean skins are safe to eat.
